Premade Single Domain Antibody Library

我々は、治療目的での高有効性ラクダ化ヒトシングルドメイン抗体の多数の発見によるHuSdL®ヒトシングルドメイン抗体ライブラリーを構築しています。ナノボディ技術とは対照的に、生産ラクダ化ナノボディである我々のライブラリーは、特に長期的かつ複数回投与により、ヒトで最も低い免疫原性であるヒト起源ラクダ化ヒト抗体を生成することができます。その抗体ライブラリーは、 FR2にラクダ化ヒトVH3に基づいて構築され、同時に、ヒトHCDR3は伸張、シーケンスランダム化され、このライブラリーのサイズは1.5×109となります。

このライブラリーは、ディスプレイ抗体の耐熱性および発現性(E coli.において)に基づいて事前に選択されます。明確に、ライブラリーにおいて、抗体レパートリーは、熱起因性凝集に耐えられないクローンを除去するために、熱処理されます。抗体バインダーをエンコードするために使用する遺伝コドンは、細菌選択で最適化されます。

Single-domain antibodies combine the benefits of conventional antibodies with important features of small molecule drugs.

    Premade Human and Mouse Antibody Libraries

    HuScL-1(R), HuScL-2(R), HuScL-3(R) and HuScL-4(R) Human Single Chain (scFv) Antibody Libraries are natural or synthetic libraries of a diversity of over 2.0×109. Recently, we have created a next-generation, fully-human, yeast display scFv library – HuScL-YDP. We also have a HuFabL(R) Human Fab Antibody Library of a size of 2.0×109. Besides human antibody libraries, we have a MuScL(R) Murine Single Chain Antibody Library and a MuFabL(R) Murine Fab Antibody Library.
