エクソソームは、機能的なタンパク質や核酸分子を標的細胞内にシャトリングすることにより、細胞間コミュニケーションにおいて重要な役割を果たしております。また、エクソソームは、がん、感染症、神経変性疾患など様々な病態に関与しております。

Creative Biolabsのエクソソーム単離キットラインナップ

Creative Biolabsは、沈殿試薬によるエクソソームの分離に加え、エクソソームの膜構造特性 (脂質二重層)に合わせて、エクソソームを特異的に結合する樹脂を設計・改良し、シンプルで効率的な樹脂アフィニティー捕捉・単離キットを開発。

これらの製品は、生体試料 (血清、血漿、尿など)や細胞培養上清からエクソソームを簡便かつ迅速に沈殿・捕捉することができます。また、エクソソーム単離の開発経験と細菌膜小胞の構造的特徴に基づき、グラム陰性またはグラム陽性細菌が産生する様々な小胞に適した「細菌膜小胞単離キット」も。
